Hello! I am an energetic, optimistic eleven year old girl who has decided to start a blog. Over the years, I have watched many people write articles and post them on their site. So I wondered, ‘why not me’? Writing is one of my biggest passions. I can write about anything; dogs, books, whatever makes me mad, what I realize, and more. Because I love writing, it makes sense that I would enjoy making articles!
My fantastic tech-savvy dad, Michael Sheehan or “HighTechDad” was the person to introduce me to creating blogs. My other family members include Sylvia, my amazing mom, Alex or Aly, the second to oldest sister who likes doing competitive cheerleading, Natasha, the oldest who features in ballet and my adorable, lazy Chihuahua named Rufus. Because of my two older sisters, this makes me the baby of the family (unless you count Rufus, who is six in human years). But don’t worry, I love being the littlest.
Books are my life. I spend almost all my free time reading. I like to read all kinds of books, but fantasy is my favorite genre. You know, it’s funny how in first grade I thought I would never learn how to read. And now, I read 24/7 without a problem! While most people would think I’m just a book nerd, I am also a drama geek. I have been acting since I was five years old. During that time, I have been in 15 plays! I would not be able to live without these things in my life.
One thing that really makes me frustrated is my allergies. I have allergies to all nuts, legumes (like peas), soy, grass, pollen, a weird medicine, and along with this, I have a severe allergy to peanuts (anaphylactic). It prohibits me from doing tons of things. It kills me, (no pun intended), how my friends get to eat whatever they want and I can’t. Another thing that really ticks me off is when someone talks bad things about people behind that person’s back. They don’t deserve it. They are not there to defend themselves. It means they don’t have enough courage to tell these things to the person’s face. This disgusts me. But more on that later!
